Not only does an incorrect choice and combination of food have a negative impact on your psycho-physical wellness, but it also increases your chances of developing certain chronic illnesses. Overeating has a similar effect since, when overweight, the human body becomes less efficient and less effective.

This extremely topical subject has ignited a lively debate. On one hand, it’s important to understand the industry’s level of responsibility when promoting an inappropriate diet and, on the other hand, which policies public operators and private companies can implement to minimalize this effect.

What We Offer

Retail-Lab helps public operators and companies identify which actions to take in order to positively influence the dietary choices of the population. We can do this thanks to the skills and tools we have available, allowing us to determine the effectiveness of different communication strategies and, more generally, of nutritional marketing policies in terms of buying behavior and their ability to change dietary habits.
